PRESENT STORY
On the 9th month of the year 2007, Jothell decided that the Knights of Ancient Lore should no longer be a secret brotherhood and that the memories of the Knights should be shared with all. Jothell has searched out great warriors of modern times to revitalize the Knights.
While Jothell was searching through the Stormwind Library he met a mighty mage by the name of Larandin. Jothell told Larandin of the Knights of Ancient Lore and asked Larandin if he would help take up the task of continuing the Legacy of the Knights of Ancient Lore. Larandin accepted the offer and became one of the founding members.
While mining in the Arathia Highlands in the second month of 2007, Jothell was attacked by the Forsaken Courier and her bodyguards. All though Jothell was a mighty warrior he could not hold out against so many undead, just as Jothell was about to die he was healed by a paladin, named Mikahl. Jothell and Mikahl became good friends, and Jothell asked if Mikahl would also take up the task of carrying on the Legacy of the Knights of Ancient Lore. Mikahl accepted and helps many with the power of the Light.
While Mikahl was in Burning Steepes afflicting damage to the infested Firegut Ogres of Deadmaul Rock, he began to get swarmed by a patrol of ogres. Although he was a Holy Paladin he was low on manna and could heal no more with four Firegut Ogre's still attacking him. Out of nowhere a supreme frost mage rode in and rained down a tremendous onslaught and wiped them out. The frost mage was named Radimus; he was a mage of noble decent. He now wears the tabard of the Knights of Ancient Lore proudly.
BACK STORY
The Knights of Ancient Lore is a brotherhood of Knights and Heroic figures that stem back to the ancient days of the founding of Azeroth. The secret order was founded by Malfurion Stormrage during the time of the War of the Ancients and the Sundering of the World. When the Ancient Cenarius befriended Malfurion Stormrage and decided to fight the burning legion. So Malfurion, Cenarius and Tyrande the beautiful young priestess fought the giant Sargeras and the burning legion, supported by Azshara and her kind. The Knights of Ancient Lore are based on the defense of the Ancients and the heroes that fought against all odds to stop evil where ever it presents it self. Even when Malfurions own brother Illidan betrayed them in the midst of their struggles for his own lust for magical power, they were still able to defeat Sargeras’ forces. After defeating Sargeras, Malfurion and Cenarius, agreed to never let the memories of fallen Knights tarnish.
The Knights of Ancient Lore hold true to remembering their fore fathers and never letting their memories die. Like the memory of Thane Madoran Bronzebeard during the Battle of the three hammers. Bronzebeard, who fought against his cousins The Dark Iron Dwarves, who were aided by Thaurissan and his sorceress wife, Modgud, who were intent on claiming all of Khaz Modan for their own.
The Knights also remember Lothar probably one of the Knights Greatest heroes, who stormed Medivh's tower-fortress of Karazhan with the help of Khadgar. Khadgar and Lothar succeeded in vanquishing Sargeras who possessed medivhs body Lothars childhood friend and defeated the hordes stronghold only to return to find his homeland taken by the roaming Horde army. During his exodus he with the aid of his lieutenants helped unite the alliance with the dwarfs and elves to defeat the Horde during a moment of weakness.
